The Provincial Government of Maguindanao del Norte, through the Provincial Engineering Office (PEO), held the “Turn Over Ceremony of Completed Projects” in the municipality of Upi on October 11.
Marking a significant milestone in improving the infrastructure of the municipality of Upi, Governor Abdulraof “Gob Sam” Macacua along with Mayor Ma. Rona Cristina Flores, and Provincial Administrator Tomanda Antok, PhD, unveiled the following projects: construction of landmark, concreting of Purok 14 Notre Dame site, and concreting of Brgy. Renede road.
Anchored on the 7-point executive agenda of Macacua administration that outlines the priority programs and strategies to improve the lives of every constituent of the province, these projects will not only improve the quality of life for the residents but also boost economic activity in the area.
Governor Macacua is expecting more key infrastracture projects undertakings to be completed before his term will end.
For her part, Mayor Flores expressed her gratitude to the provincial government and governor Macacua.
According to her, these projects will significantly improve the lives of the residents of Upi and will contribute to the overall development of their municipality.
