Governor Abdulraof “Gob Sam” Macacua met chief executives of Maguindanao del Norte component municipalities in an effort to strengthen collaboration and cooperation toward sustainable development in the province on November 04 at Provincial Satellite Office, Cotabato city.
Speaking during the event, Governor Macacua stated that the ceremonial signing thrusts continuous efficient delivery of basic services to the constituents of the province.
“This is a manifestation of what governance means. We are delivering basic services to our people through projects. Kailangang ang serbisyo natin sa ating mga mamamayan ay tuloy-tuloy sa pamamagitan ng pag implement ng ating mga proyekto,” he stated.
He said that this event is a triumph for the provincial government and the 12 municipalities and a reflection of their steadfast commitment to improve the social and economic well-being of the constituents.
“This is a remarkable feat for our administration and momentous win for our people”, he went on.
The MOA formalized the agreement of equitable distribution of resources and financial assistance between the province and the 12 municipalities ensuring LGUs have the necessary funds for their respective development projects.
